Australian bitcoin mining company Iris Energy filed for an initial public offering (IPO) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise up to $100 million.The Sydney-based company said on Monday that it intends to list its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Market under the ticker symbol “IREN.”The shares are expected to start trading later this year.J.P.
