IT Company Globant Acquires Atix Labs to Expand Blockchain Offerings
Information technology and software development company Globant (NYSE: GLOB) has acquired blockchain services provider Atix Labs for undisclosed financial terms. The purchase comes four months after Globant disclosed it had added bitcoin to its balance sheet. Atix Labs builds digital products requiring blockchain implementation, such as smart contracts, decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) and decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions.“Globant’s mission is to help organizations stay relevant by offering cutting-edge solutions.
